You can delete your Eatfigo account yourself, in the Eatfigo app. You do not need to email us, call us, or create a store account.

In the app: open Settings → Account details → Delete account. You can also find Delete account under Help & Support.

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. There is no deactivation and no grace period. Confirm once. Your account is then removed from our records, along with the personal data associated with it.

That screen tells you what is erased right away:

• Your profile and sign-in (including Sign in with Apple)
• Your cook and meal history
• Your coach conversations
• Your notification history

A cook in progress is cancelled. If you share your cooker through Family Figo, it is handed to the longest-standing member; otherwise it is released so a new owner can set it up.

If you cannot open the app, email info@eatfigo.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. Email is only for people who no longer have the app — it is not required if you can open Settings.
